Sylke Hassel studied Biochemistry at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg Germany and subsequently received her doctorate from Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Uppsala, Sweden and the university of Würzburg. She has broad international experience as she worked very successfully in management positions at McKinsey, Sandoz International and Lonza AG.

Dr. Edgar Lange studied industrial engineering at the university of Karlsruhe (TH) and subsequently received his doctorate in Kiel. After several years consulting McKinsey (Munich and Buenos Aires), he joined the management board of well-known international companies.

Bertrand Waymel holds a Master Degree from the INSEEC Business School in Paris, having specialized in Human Resources Management. Bertrand built a strong experience in Human Resources Management in an international company with multi-sites.

Jean Bléhaut is a biochemical engineer from INSA (Lyon, France) and a chemical engineer from ENSIC (Nancy, France). He is one of the founding members of Novasep. He has held various positions, including R&D, engineering, sales management, general management of business unit and marketing.

Stephan Bregy has more than 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry. He has worked in various managerial positions with international responsibilities, at Lonza, DePuy Synthes and Siegfried. Mr. Bregy studied chemistry at the Federal Institute of Technology, Zürich and completed a business degree from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mario Di Giacomo studied chemical engineering at Bologna University (Italy). He has more than 15 years of experience in project execution, production, technology and management in various fields of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Anant Barbadikar is a chemical engineering graduate. He has more than twenty years of experience in project execution and manufacturing in various pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
